Our in-house state-of-the-art Technology Center is equipped with the latest demo equipment and applications supported by our vendors. The Technology Center plays a key role in regional customer engagement and provides a focal point for all our vendor and channel initiative ‘collaborating for customer success'. It provides them a basis for the creation of ‘sets' of pre-defined, pre-integrated solutions utilizing best of breed architectures, targeted at the region's horizontal and vertical market sector growth.
Primary element of our Technology Center initiative is its community of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), system integrators, professional service providers, e-integrators, enterprise service providers, application engineering firms and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). To effectively service customer requirements across a broad range of industries and an even greater number of I.T. application variations, it is paramount that one has an extensive range of technology solutions.
The center's key to success is through its ethos of ‘proof of concept'. We use a ‘test before you invest' customer approach whereby before clients commit to spending a single dollar, a specific solution set is created, deployed and tested according to the customer prerequisites. This approach has enabled all our vendors and reseller channel to achieve between 70 and 100% conversion on ‘proof of concept' engagements; Aside from its state-of-the-art technology infrastructure, the Center comprises a presentation area, project briefing rooms and training facilities allowing solution emulation and customer interaction.
