TechAccess is committed to offering its Partners a comprehensive Order Management and Logistics service that is efficient, reliable, fast and cost-effective, besides being very flexible in its approach. We aim to provide a diverse portfolio of services, to match unique delivery requirements.
Our Order Management Section has the experience, expertise and knowledge to help, facilitate and educate the Partners in placing orders that meet the Vendors’ stringent format requirements as well as local and International Export Laws. Subsequently, a proactive liaison is invariably maintained with Vendors to expedite deliveries and with Partners to continually update them on Order status.
After delivery, TechAccess Logistics Section takes over to ensure a smooth and seamless movement of consignments in accordance with Partner’s specific needs. Working closely with Global Forwarders, TechAccess Logistics keeps track until delivery is accomplished. Soon, online information on the movement of their orders is expected to be directly available to Partners through a secure login to TechAccess Intranet.
Subject to prior arrangement, our Logistics Section is capable and willing to provide a composite service including insurance and storage as well as to institute a door-to-door delivery, if required, with full responsibility for all requisite documentation and pre-shipping inspections.
